Associate Project Manager

Zola European Windows seeks an organized, quick-learner to join our Seattle office showroom, two blocks from iconic Pike Place Market. The Associate Project Manager will be trained by and work with our VP of Operations.

We will get you up to speed on how to quote Zola’s high performance European windows for our architect, builder, and building owner clients. The ideal candidate will come to us with office work experience, curiosity about how products work, interest in science and buildings, skill in working with numbers, mastery of computers and standard office software, the ability to communicate with people well, and a personable, professional, and articulate demeanor.

Key tasks will include: preparing quotes; assisting VP of Operations in preparing quotes and other tasks; assembling sales packets; tracking cases, including reviewing materials, routing info, assessing opportunities, answering customer questions, monitoring sales process, and following up; hosting showroom visits with customers (occasionally on weekend); assisting VP of Operations with “lunch and learn” outreach presentations; attending local tradeshows (a couple times per year); maintaining glass in showroom and supplies in office.

Salary is $50k-75k (base plus comission).
