Tillamook Row

This five-building, Zero Energy community is built to the Passive House standard and produces renewable energy with an 82kW solar array. Residents gather at a common house for shared meals, exercise, and community events. The project incorporates Zola's Thermo uPVC™ windows to deliver efficiency and comfort.
